The Burial Society for Chesed Shel Emes Cemetery of St. Paul
is a non-profit organization

Chesed Shel Emes Cemetery was founded in 1912 by a small group of Jewish immigrants who answered the need for a Jewish cemetery in Saint Paul. The Founders sought to provide their growing community, especially those of meager means, and those who were not synagogue congregants, with a proper place of Jewish interment.
Since then, our non-profit cemetery society and board of directors has proudly met those needs, always mindful of the original purpose behind this cemetery’s inception.
Whether one is observant or secular, Chesed Shel Emes Cemetery provides traditional Jewish interment. Cremains interment is not allowed.
